Why Do I Need to Pre Book?
To ensure you have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can visit at one time. We suggest you reserve tickets early for your preferred date and time.
What Times Are Available For Tours?
Our tours are available from June to September daily between 10 am and 6 pm. We are open holidays throughout the season.
Is There A Special Rate For School Visits?
Discounted rates are available for elementary and secondary schools and post-secondary college and university classes. Please contact us for more information on how we could enhance your visit.
How Long Is My Visit Expected To Last?
The average tour lasts approximately an hour and a half, although there is no limit imposed on your time at the attraction. You can also spend time browsing wine and local preserves in our retail store or sampling a tasty treat from our farm market.
Can I bring a pet on the Tour?
We are a pet-friendly environment, but all animals must be leashed, well-behaved and current on their shots. Ask a staff member to provide a water dish if necessary. Please scoop and dispose of any waste in an appropriate garbage.
Is there any age restrictions?
Our tour is suitable for all ages! Children aged six and under can visit for free, although they should be included in the reservation and an adult driver is required. If no age-appropriate driver is available, we can provide a staff member to drive.
Can I bring a camera or video camera?
There are lots of fantastic photo opportunities throughout the attraction to ensure you take home an everlasting memory. We welcome your handheld cameras and mobile devices.
If you are a member of the press, a camera crew or commercial photography, please contact us for details.
Can I eat my own food on the tour?
You are welcome to bring your own food to consume at our outside picnic area. Also, there are light snacks and drinks available for purchase in the seasonal farm market.
Can I smoke while on tour?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any indoor area and within 20 feet of any entrance, including our picnic table area. Please respect our smoke-free environment. Staff can direct you to our designated smoking area.
Are tours cancelled if it rains?
In the case of light rain, tours will still go on as scheduled. However, as most of the tour occurs outdoors if it is raining heavily or the ground is very muddy, the tour will have to be rescheduled or redirected to avoid certain areas.
Where should we park?
We have a large parking lot with plenty of spots available for guests. Upon parking, please head to the winery retail store where your tour will begin. Alternatively, visit South Coast Shuttle Service operated by Ride Norfolk.
What should I bring?
Please bring weather-appropriate clothing as the tour is conducted outdoors (wind/rain jacket, light sweater). We recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and bug spray.
